How to make Black Silver Balloons Garland Arch Kit :
Step 1: blow up different size balloons to get an amazing look, tie knots with a tie tool
Step 2: Measure and cut the balloon strip to the desired length, leave extra on each end for hanging the decoration
Step 3: Insert the different size balloons into the hole, DIY balloon garland you want
Step 4: Hang the balloon arch in the position you want and fix it with a ribbon
