Warm Tips
The balloons is weighing to count and pack, maybe there are some be damaged, with holes or quantity error (1- 2pcs)is normal.

Please inflate all balloons 85% full, or easy pop. There are some talcum powder to avoid the balloons sticking together. NOT DIRT.
Double-stuffed balloons don't need to knot the outside one, juet need to knot the inside one( it's unnecessary to draw out the inside one).
Before blowing up the confetti balloons, add a few drops of water to make confetti easier to stick to the balloon.
Our double stuffed balloon and 5inch balloon are relatively thick, so it is not easy to blow up. It is suggested to pull it gently before blowing, so that the 5inch balloon can blow up more easily.
