How to make a balloon garland?
Step 1: Blow up pearl black and metallic silver balloon garland with a balloon pump then tie knots, recommend blowing up different sizes of white latex balloons to get an amazing look to your garland.
Step 2: Measure and cut the balloon strip to the desired length, leaving extra on each end for hanging the decoration later.
Step 3: Pull the classic white balloon knot through the stripped hole, skip a hole if balloons are too tight.
Step 4: Make it more gorgeous looking, add some eucalyptus, curling ribbon, flowers, leaves, tulle, and more.

The white balloon garland is 16 feet from one end to the other, It's a plastic tape that you mount the pastel balloons onto and then place it against the wall with some support. I used string and tape to get it to stay where I wanted it. It is a long stripe that is bendable to the shape you want.
